On April 26, it will be 30 years since the disastrous explosion of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor in Ukraine.

Civil, Structural and Architectural Lead Engineer Petr Rychetský will talk about his experience and work on the international project of the Chernobyl Shelter Implementation Plan and New Safe Confinement project which is funded by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and led by a team from U.S. firm Bechtel.

The program is coordinated by the Czech IVLP Alumni Club.
