The exhibition presents contemporary U.S. and Czech paintings made by Marcela Kourkova, Roger Bohuslav and Jan Eipell. Marcela Kourkova was born and educated in the former Czechoslovakia, but immigrated to the U.S. in 1986, where she still lives and works. The exhibit also includes the works of contemporary U.S. artist Roger Bohuslav and contemporary Czech artist Jan Eipell. All three artists use similar techniques, so the exhibit provides a great opportunity to compare and contrast their styles and interpretations.
