What are the barriers for broader equal opportunity in management? Are women responsible for breaking the glass ceiling or does society have a role in creating better conditions for women’s empowerment? Which individual mechanisms prevent our self-fulfillment and satisfaction? How do gender roles influence us and how can each woman can change her position in the male dominated world of management? These are the themes we will focus on with seminar leaders Lenka Václavíková Helfušová and Adéla Humlová.
