It will also examine and compare various aspects of the broader perspective of Transparency and Confidence Building Measures (TCBM) in the discussions in UNCOPUOS, and will address how UNISPACE+50 (i.e. the fiftieth anniversary of the first UN Space Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space conference in 1968) can contribute in enhancing TCBM for outer space activities.
