This lecture will provide an overview of the theoretical and practical discussions concerning space power projection of the major space-faring nations. The analysis of the current space geopolitics will be guided by the Astropolitik, a well-establish space power theory of Everett C. Dolman. It will concentrate on whether the great power competition will lead to the destabilization of the space domain and whether there exist viable mechanisms to effectively restrain counter space-activities and actions of U.S. and allied space competitors/adversaries.
