Moderated discussion with preservationist and architect Brent Leggs, Executive Director, African American Cultural Heritage Action Fund.
Preservationist Brent Leggs presents sites connected to significant events of Black history in the United States. He is the founder of the African American Cultural Heritage Action Fund, a campaign to recognize and support 150 such historic places where their power is hidden in their stories. At first glance, these sites might not look like typical landmarks, but their recognition can revive the local community and support its development. Such an approach can also serve as inspiration for the Czech Republic in preserving overlooked historical sites.
