On the one hand, social media keeps encroaching on traditional media, creating strong financial pressures. On the other side, politicians across the world are increasingly placing pressure on independent media for any criticism. Czech Television journalist Marek Wollner, former war reporter and Denik N columnist Petra Procházková, and Respekt magazine editor Ondřej Kundra will speak on a panel. David Smoljak will moderate.
