About the Event

They recently traveled to the U.S. on the IVLP Program on “Class Action Lawsuits.“ Class Action Lawsuits hold businesses accountable for dangerous practices and protect consumers, however, the Czech Republic currently has no law allowing for class action lawsuits. IVLP Alumni are currently drafting the white paper for the proposal to introduce class action legislation in the country.

IVLP Alumnus and Editor in Chief of Current Affairs and Reportéři ČT — Script Editor Marek Wollner will moderate the panel discussion.

The program will be in Czech.
