Pro Bono Aliance and U.S. Embassy Prague invite you to the public discussion. Although the political regime in the Czech Republic changed almost 30 years ago, the country lags behind other Western countries in certain areas of life. One area is the role of women in the workplace. Šárka Homfray from Czech Labor Union Association, Hana Brablcová from Czech Ombudsman Office, attorney at law Jakub Tomšej, and Veronika Ježková from Pro Bono Aliance will discuss the perceptions and realities of the current situation, including the challenges faced by women with young children, equality in the workplace, and the difficulties of challenging discrimination in court.
