About the Event

The joy from both music and unexpected friendships will keep you rapt during this documentary by award-winning filmmaker Scott Balcerek.  A documentary based on two decades of footage records the unlikely friendship between Satan, an ageing blues guitarist, and student and musician Adam.  When their two very different worlds collide – one a Black activist playing music on the streets, the other a Jewish Ivy League scholar – they are challenged to find a way to keep their friendship going.  A celebration of the transformative power of music, and the bonds that develop when artists collaborate, and worlds collide. RSVP at acprague@state.gov and we will send you Eventive link.  You can watch the film from June 18, 6am through June 22, 23:59.

In English.
