Former President and CEO of Transparency International USA, Nancy Boswell is Director of the U.S. and International Anti-Corruption Law Program at American University’s Washington College of Law. Her areas of expertise include domestic and foreign bribery laws; anti-corruption criminal and preventive measures; World Bank corruption risk identification and mitigation; asset recovery; implementation and peer review; and, corruption and human rights. She also serves on the board of directors of Transparency International. Zucker Boswell regularly works with government officials, international organizations and representatives from the corporate, legal, accounting, financial and other sectors to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance.
