About the Event

Conflicts are a natural part of everyday life.  Yet many of us avoid them or handle them in ways that escalate tension.  This interactive workshop for students and young professionals introduces practical mediation and conflict resolution tools that help turn difficult conversations into constructive dialogue.  You will learn how to understand different perspectives, manage emotions, and communicate more effectively.
