Come and attend the opening of the Inktrail exhibition, which showcases artist Vojta Berka’s drawings inspired by American cities, landscapes, and animals—from Boston to San Francisco, from chipmunks and seagulls to whales and alligators. Inktrail is a form of visual diary, a trail of ink, a notebook full of pen-and-ink drawings collected during travels across the United States, complemented by digital color.
During the opening ceremony, Vojta Berka will discuss his travels in the United States and read passages by American naturalist John Muir. DJ Sweat will play accompanying music. You can visit the exhibition at the American Center in Prague during public programs or by prior arrangement until January 23, 2026.
