He will discuss space safety and security, how space-related tech has led to breakthroughs for widely-used technologies, the Czech National Space Plan a recently concluded space MOU between the Czech Republic and Luxembourg. Dr. Kobera studied law at Charles University Prague and currently serves as Director of Intelligent Transport Systems, Space Activities, Research and Development and Innovation at the Czech Ministry of Transport. This lecture is a part of on ongoing Space Security program co-organized by the Prague Security Studies Institute and Charles University.
