About the Event

At the same time, however, AI performs very complex tasks, communicates with us, and analyzes us. All of this raises a number of legal issues. These concern, for example, the issue of accountability of artificial intelligence and robots equipped with it, protection of human dignity and privacy against artificial intelligence, the issue of property rights to the works created by AI as well as the position of intelligent robots.

The lecture will try to answer how we as a society should approach these technologies.

Mgr. Alžběta Krausová, LL.M. has been dealing with new technologies in law, in particular artificial intelligence, robotics and interfaces between computers and nervous systems, so-called brain-computer interfaces. She also examines the issues associated with hybrid robotics that connect organic brains with robotic bodies. More information can be found at www.biotechmerge.com.

The program will be in Czech.
