The Institute for Politics and Society (IPS) invites you to a public discussion on the 2016 U.S presidential elections.

Who are the candidates running for the Democratic and Republican nominations for president in 2016? How will history remember the first African-American president? What are the chances of electing the first female Democratic president of the United States?

Chairman of the Board of IPS Jan Macháček will moderate the discussion.

Other panelists include: Czech political scientist Jiří Pehe, Český Rozhlas journalist Jan Fingerland, Newsweek reporter Daniel Anýž, and Masaryk University Department of English and American Studies Chair Jeffrey Vanderziel.
